  • A total of 675 No.  900mm and 600mm CFA piles were constructed varying from 8 to 25 m depth
  • 25 Pile Dynamic Analysis (PDA) load tests, 1 vertical static load test to 1000 kN, 1 lateral static load test to 600 kN and 120 Pile Integrity Tests were required for pile design verification and certification.

Geotechnical conditions

  • Stiff clay, low strength mudstone

Key Plant

  • 1 x BG40 piling rig in CFA mode with Transcrete Concrete Pump, 100 ton crawler service crane, Franna crane, 25t excavator and PDA test frame.
